And so it begins...

The daily journaling is going well. I honestly didn't think it would. I just write a line or two in the morning to set out my intentions for the day, and a few of lines at night as a recap of actions emotions for the day. It's keeping me from thinking food is a solution for my issues.

I think this is going to be important in the next month and a half... it's that time of year of get-togethers, parties and temptations everywhere! This is going to test my resolve!

  1. Lovethis. I'm new to planners but I am doing a bullet style travelers and writing this down makes me feel better. I may start a journal a la you though because I like that idea too. Plus I bought a cute swan one that needs a purpose.

    1. Bullets are a great idea! I try not to spend a lot of time on it in the morning, just a few minutes and then another few minutes at the end of the day. I know a lot of ladies our age are into having multiple planners, stickers, special pens, tape etc., but I don't have the time, patience, or money for it. It's easier to keep things simple :)
